Ginger-Lime Sauce

6 tablespoon of clarified butter
1 limejuice
1/2 teaspoon of finely grated ginger
1 cup chicken broth or 1 chicken boullion diluted in a 1 1/2 cup of hot water
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream


In a skillet, over medium heat, melt butter add all the ingredients and stir ocassionally until it thickens

Pour over fried fish or chicken breast
