Fried Chicken Liver

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 10-15
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

1-2 lbs of chicken liver
¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 limejuice
½ teaspoon of salt
a pinch of cumin
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon of oregano



Season the liver with the above ingredients and marinate for about ½ hour

Remove excessive juice or marinade and deep fry in hot oil until crispy

Serve with marinara sauce
