Marinara Sauce
Prep-Time: 5-10
Cooking Time: 20-30 minutes

2 large cans of whole plum tomato
2 small cans of tomato sauce
1/2 cup of water
3 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 leaves of basil
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2-3 sprigs of parsley
½ tablespoon of sugar


In a deep pot, heat oil and sauté garlic, onions for 1-2 minutes

Add the tomato sauce and plum tomatoes, sugar, oregano, basil, parsley, salt & pepper,.

Cook on low heat for about 20-30 minutes or until sauce thickens

Serve over pasta, use for pizza sauces or as a dip
