Butterflied Baked Cornish Hens

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Servings: 2-4
Cooking Time: 1 1/2 hours

2 cornish hens
1 1/2 tablespoons of recaito
1/2 Maggie chicken bouillon, cut into small chunks
1 freshly squeezed limejuice


Preheat the oven @ 37 degrees

Rinse the chicken and remove the giblets

Using a kitchen shears, butterfly the hens by slicing the breast from tip to end

Rub the hens with the recaito on both sides

Transfer to a baking dish, cover and marinate overnight

When ready to bake sprinkle limejuice over it, add 1 cup of water and srprinkle the chicken bouillon

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hr. Lower heat to 250 degrees and continue to bake for 1/2 hr

Serve with your favorite side dish
