Shrimps in Garlic Sauce

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 3-5
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes

2 lbs of shrimps, uncooked & de-veined
12-15 cloves of garlic, finely minced
4 tablespoon of butter
1/2 cup of dry sherry wine
1/4 cup of parsley, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste


In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic, over low-medium heat, until translucent in color

Add the shrimps and stir. As soon as they turn pink, add the wine and lower the heat. Stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat

Sprinkle the parsley and serve with pasta
