Macadamia Nut Crusted Pork Chops
(Chuletas Empanizadas)

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

4 thin boneless pork chops
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
2 cups of oil

1 cup of fine bread crumbs, seasoned
1 cup of finely minced unsulted macadamia nuts
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoon of milk

TIP: You can bake @ 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until thermometer reaches 160 degrees

Wash the meat and sprinkle salt and pepper

In a large and deep skillet, heat oil

Mix breadcrumbs and macadamia nuts

Dredge chops in egg wash and then cover with the nut mixture

Fry until golden
