Uses: Yellow rice, paella, mac & cheese, arroz con pollo, white meat and more
2 1/2 cups of olive oil or regular cooking oil
2 tablespoon of annatto or Achiote seeds.
TIP: The more annatto or achiote seeds you add, the more intense color you will get
In a skillet, heat the oil and add the annatto seeds
When the oil is turning red orange (a few seconds), remove from heat
sift the oil well and store it in a container with a tight lid
