Cilantro Salad

Servings: 3-5

1 large Cucumbers
2 Tomatoes
1 medium Onions
1 apples
1 small bunch of cilantro
5-6 individual
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt


Cut fruits and vegetables in small cubes

Finely chop cilantro

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients well

serve right away or chilled
