Stuffed Tomatoes

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 4-8
Cooking Time: 5-15 minutes

4 large and round tomatoes
4 small cans of tuna fish or 2 big tuna cans
1 small onion, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup of parsley, finely chopped
Mayonnaise or honey mustard, according to taste


TIP: You can make a tuna melt by adding your favorite cheese and baking @ 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts

TIP: You can choose to stuff the tomato as whole or as half

TIP: You can choose meat as stuffing, if using beef, pour seasoned spaghetti sauce over

Cut tomatoes in half or cut the top of the tomatoes if using whole. Remove inner flesh and remove the seeds. Carefully wash them

Mix tuna with pepper, onion, parsley, mayonnaise or honey mustard

Pour this mixture into the tomatoes

Serve as is or place in the oven with a slice of cheese as mentioned above
