Parmesan Steak

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

4  rib eye steaks (8-10 oz)
The juice of 1 freshly squeezed lime
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
2 eggs
1 cup of fine seasoned bread crumbs

Enough oil to deep fry (4 cups or more)
4 thick slices of Swiss cheese or mozzarella cheese

Use your favorite spaghetti sauce


Marinate steaks using the garlic, lime, salt and pepper for at least ½ hr.

Heat the oil in a frying pan

Beat the eggs and prepare the bread crumbs

Dredge each steak on eggs, then bread crumbs

Fry until golden. Set aside and let cool

Heat oven @ 350 degrees

Place steaks on a stove safe dish and place a slice of cheese on top

Pour your favorite spaghetti sauce over and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese has melted

Serve with your favorite side dish
