Spring Salad

prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Servings: 5

2 fuji apples
2 anjou pears
1 cup of dried cramberries
2 cups of green & red grapes

1/2 lb of fresh cole slaw mixture (not seasoned)
Or 1/2 lb of shredded cabbage, red cabbage and carrots

4 tablespoon of valsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt & 1 teaspoon of vinegar


Cut apples and pears in small slices or cubes

Cut grapes in half

Mix all fruits and cole slaw with valsamic vinegar or olive oil, salt & vinegar.

Mix well and serve
