Servings: 2 cups

8-10 garlic cloves, peeled
1 medium onion, cut in quarters
1 green bell pepper, cut in chunks
1 bouquet of cilantro
2-3 leaves of culantro
2 ripe plum tomatoes, cut into chunks


Place ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth

Refrigerate for 3-4 days

USES: Yellow rice, beans, soups, chicken...anything that requires flavor
