Smoked Salmon Pate

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Servings: 15
Marinating Time: 8-9 Hours

1 lb of smoked salmon
1 small onion, finely chopped
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper & salt
1 limejuice, freshly squeezed
green olives stuffed with pimento , cut in half
¼ cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 an apple, finely chopped


Using a food processor, finely chop the salmon

Whisk the butter until it's fluffy in texture

Blend butter with the salmon, limejuice, pepper & salt

Transfer to a container and cover tightly. Place in the refrigerator for about 8-9 hours

Add the apples and spread an crackers or on mini toast.
