Piña Colada

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 4

2 cups of pineapple, cut into chunks
1 cup of white rum
2 cups of Goya coconut milk
2 cups of crushed ice
Pineapple slices, for garnish
4 cherries for garnish
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of clear vanilla extract
2 cups of pineapple juice

TIP: For a virgin colada, omit the rum

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry on top
