Mezze Penne With Dilled Baked Salmon

Cooking Time: 1 hr

1 box of barilla Mezze Penne
4 steaks of fresh salmon
5 garlic cloves, finely minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of fresh dill
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed limejuice
2 tablespoon of shallots, finely chopped


Place steaks in a buttered baking dish and add the garlic, shallots, limejuice, salt & pepper

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes

Serve over over penne and sprinkle with dill
