Coconut Macaroons

Servings: 20-25

5 1/2 cups of coconut flakes, unsweetened
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 egg white
1 can (14oz) of sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil; grease and flour foil.

In a mixing bowl, combine milk, egg white and vanilla. Slightly mix and stir in the coconut flakes. Mix very well

Using a your hands or a teaspoon, mold the mixture into round balls (however, you can choose your shape)

Place each ball on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden

Remove from baking sheet and let cool
