Chicken Breast in Lime Sauce

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

4 chicken breasts, thin sliced
¼ cup of chopped parsley
4 tablespoon of butter

2-4 freshly squeezed limejuice
½ chicken bullion
1 cup of Chardonnay wine
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of capers


In a large skillet, on medium heat, melt butter and brown the chicken

Add the 4 last ingredients and cook for 20 minutes, turning once

Add parsley and cook for 5 minutes

Serve with pasta or your favorite side dish
