Chicken Breast in Garlic Sauce

Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes

1 lb of chicken breast cut into pieces
1/2 bar of butter
10 large garlic cloves, finely ground
½ teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
1 freshly squeezed limejuice
½ cup of chopped parsley
½ cup of heavy cream
2 cups of water
1/2 maggi chicken bouillon


In a pot, bring water to a boil (medium-high heat)

Season chicken with salt, pepper and limejuice

Add the bouillon, the chicken and the rest of the marinade to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove chicken form the pot. Do not discard stock 

In a skillet, on low-medium heat, melt butter and add the garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes

Add milk, parsley and 1/2 cup of the chicken stock. Stir

Add chicken and and pinch of salt (as needed)

Cook  for 3-5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stirring occasionally

Serve with pasta or your favorite side dish
