Pan Braised Salmon with Wine cream Sauce
Prep-Time: 5-10
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes

4 steaks of fresh salmon
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup of Shiraz white wine
1 shallot, finely chopped
4 tablespoon of olive oil
1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup of corn


Season salmon with garlic, salt and pepper

In a large skillet, heat oil  and place salmon steaks. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side

Remove salmon from skillet and and transfer to a platter. Ten with foil to keep warm

Remove excess oil from skillet and add the cream, shallot, corn and wine. Boil until sauce thickens (about 4-5 minutes)

Serve salmon with sauce on top a bed of wilted mixed green salad or your favorite side dish
