How To Peel an Avocado
Place the avocado on the palm of your hand or on a cutting board
Use a chef knife and cut lengthwise through the center of the avocado. Make sure the knife is in contact with the pit. Continue cut around the avocado until it is cut in half
Place the avocado with the pit on the cutting board and strike the pit with a knife so that the knife can become embedded on the pit.
Place it on your palms and twist. The pit should come off.
