How to Choose The perfect turkey

Self-basting These turkeys are injected with a solution (such as salt and artificial flavors)to make it more tender and flavorful.

Kosher turkeys Are slaughtered and processed according to jewish laws. Then, treated with salt. Kosher comes from the Hebrew term "kashér." It means that the food is fit for consumption

Natural, free range, cage-free, or organic turkeys Please verify that they are 100% percent organic or hormone-free. They are fresh with nothing added

For Frozen Turkeys Please allow two to three days to thaw. And always thaw in the refrigerator — never on the counter.

Bring turkey to room temperature (about 1hr) before cooking. Use the gibblets to make gravy and stuffing
